“Dear Louie,
We just wanted to write and express our thanks at the way you have handled our property sale. We approached at least 4 of the local agencies around Te Atatu to give us assessments of our property with the view to sell it for us. You were the one agent who stood out and we wanted to recommend you for this. This is the third property we have sold and Louie has been the best agent we have had so far and the things that stood out for us were:
1. Honest. Louie did not give us an inflated value of our property in order to sign us up.
2. Availability. Louie was ringing us to regularly before we signed up, turned up to say hello as soon as I entered the country (with no pressure tossing him up!!). After we signed up, came around or rang to see how we were getting on with the house before the first open home. Always turned up when he said he would and always returned calls.
3. Information. Louie always asked us questions about the property so that he could give honest answers. He always let us know or showed us the drafts of the information he was going to have printed. The information we needed to have he always provided for us.
4. Money. Louie got us some really good deals with the advertising of our property.
