Any Industry with Fixed Asset Investment (Domestic Investment) less than 25 Crore shall be registered under Provincial laws. The current files are also in the procedure of transfer.

उद्योग विभागमा हाल सम्म दर्ता भइरहेकोमा अब उप्रान्त रु २५ करोड भन्दा कम स्थिर पूंजी रहेको उद्योग प्रदेश कानुन अन्तर्गत दर्ता हुने छन । साथै, हाल दर्ता रहेका उद्योगको फाइल समेत प्रदेश र जिल्ला स्थित घरेलु उद्योग कार्यालयमा हस्तान्तरण गरिदै ।।
