मिति २०८२|०८|१५ गोरखापत्रमा प्रकाशित ट्रेडमार्क दर्ता सम्बन्धी सुचना ।
१. कागजात पूरा नभई औद्योगिक सम्पत्ति बुलेटिनमा प्रकाशन नभएको दर्खास्तहरुको हकमा आजको मितिले ९० दिन भित्र कागजात सहित पेश गर्ने अन्यथा ७ वर्ष पुगेका आवेदन स्वत: खारेज हुने ।
२. सूचना प्रकाशित हुनु भन्दा पुर्व औद्योगिक सम्पत्ति बुलेटिनमा प्रकाशित भएका ट्रेडमार्कको हकमा ६ महिना भित्र प्रमाणपत्र जारी गर्नु पर्ने । अन्यथा संवत्: खारेज हुने ।

Notice regarding Trademark Registration published in Gorkhapatra National Daily on 2025-12-01.
1. In the case that the applications have not been published in the Industrial Property Bulletin due to the reason of Incomplete Documents, the Documents must be submitted along with a supplementary Application within 90 days from today, Else, the application older than 7 years will be automatically rejected.
2. In the case of trademarks published in the Industrial Property Bulletin before the publication of this notice, the certificate must be issued within 6 months. Else, it shall be ipso facto void.
