Trekking In Nepal: Challenges and Possibilities
What Is Trekking:
Trekking is a way of enjoying and exploring the beauties of nature through multi days walking mostly in a rural area where the modern transportation is not easily available.
Encyclopedia describes, Trekking is a form of walking, undertaken with the specific purpose of exploring and enjoying the scenery. It is usually takes place on trails in areas of relatively unspoiled wilderness. Trekking is simply walking holiday trip which is traditionally applied to overland journeys made by foot. Trekking is not just walking one day after another rather a gradual way of experiencing the diversity such as: geography, people, religion and culture.
Trekking always give us the incredible scenery though it may be the shorter or longer. Normally people walk for 5-9 hours by taking the up-close view. People who are fond of nature go for trekking for a certain time. It gives the refreshment and positivity to the people who always have to be busy in the work.
Nepal as a Trekking Zone:
Nepal is regarded as a paradise gifted by the god. There are lot of mountains and green hills as well as dense forests. Mount Everest 8848m. the top of the world lies here. In other word the climbing and mountaineering can be done which are the positive aspect for the whole nation. People like to trek upto the basecamp and in the green hills and the higher lands so that they can be in the lap of the nature forgetting their pains and trouble in their everyday activities.
Nepal, the land of heaven full of bio-diversity. For trekking it is the transit point. Every year millions of tourist(internal and external) visit here and many of them love trekking. According to the guides who will be in mountains mostly, they regard the cities as the polluted and concrete where there is no natural lives as well as behavior. They feel bore if they have to stay in the city area and they have an energetic refreshment when they are going to trek in mountains.

In Nepal, specially in the Himalayan range there will be the Sherpa Guide (Sherpa is a local people in Himalayas who are habituated with the high altitude and climate) who are regarded as a pillar in the mountains. Now a days many people they do guide in the trekking areas who are skillful and well trained. They do have a guide license and allowed to take their groups.

Well it is not we who decide it but the guests.I have been in Everest base camp-Kalapatthar, Ghorepani P**nhill, Annapurna base camp, Annapurna Circuit, Langtang, Mera Peak etc.. But it depends on the guest where they want to go. We have to guide them as their choices.
