Our owner is from Australia, bringing a global perspective and innovative approach to the local real estate market. We are looking for a dynamic and self-motivated individual to join our team and manage various aspects of our business.
𝐉𝐨𝐛 𝐑𝐞𝐬𝐩𝐨𝐧𝐬𝐢𝐛𝐢𝐥𝐢𝐭𝐢𝐞𝐬:
- Handle inquiries related to the sale and purchase of properties.
- Create descriptive videos of properties and post them on various social media platforms.
- Promote properties through social media marketing and other online channels.
- Manage and respond to customer inquiries promptly and professionally.
- Coordinate with clients and provide excellent customer service.
- Maintain and update property listings on the company website and other platforms.
- Develop and implement marketing strategies to increase property sales.
- Prepare and present regular reports on sales and marketing activities.
𝐐𝐮𝐚𝐥𝐢𝐟𝐢𝐜𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧𝐬:
- Proven experience in real estate sales and marketing.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in using social media platforms and digital marketing tools.
- Ability to create engaging video content.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Self-motivated and able to work independently.
𝐁𝐞𝐧𝐞𝐟𝐢𝐭𝐬:

𝐉𝐨𝐛 𝐓𝐚𝐫𝐠𝐞𝐭𝐬:
- Sell a minimum of 4 packages per month in the first 3 months.
- Sell a minimum of 5 packages per month in the next 3 months.
- Sell a minimum of 10 packages per month after 6 months.
- If targets are not met, the salary will be adjusted accordingly.
𝐂𝐨𝐧𝐭𝐫𝐚𝐜𝐭 𝐑𝐞𝐪𝐮𝐢𝐫𝐞𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐬:
- The selected candidate will be required to sign a contract agreeing to the job targets.
- Any deals conducted outside the company will attract a penalty.
