Ellen Gevers, Marloes Spoor, Erwin Haüer, Boudewijn van Vondelen and Jeroen Lallemand will be soaking up the sessions, the connections... and probably a little sunshine too. INTA is where the global IP world meets — and we’re thrilled to be part of it again.

Dance festival Mysteryland is globally renowned and for a reason. With its breathtaking stage designs and artistic decorations that transport you to another world, it’s a once-in-a-lifetime experience for festival-goers.

When a German individual applied for a figurative mark for Mysticland covering CDs, Mysteryland wasn't pleased. Music and merchandise are central to the festival and its brand is incredibly important. Is Mysticland allowed or is the trademark refused?

Slogans often serve a promotional purpose, which can make them challenging to qualify for trademark protection. McDonalds' iconic 'I'M LOVIN' IT!' is a registered slogan, but does it also hold up in opposition against the figurative mark application 'Lovin' it'?

The Eiffel Tower is undeniably a landmark, but is it also a trademark?
