We will measure your house and write down all the other characteristics which can influence the amount of rent. If we believe that you are paying too much rent we will initiate a conversation with your landlord to present our findings and propose a rent reduction. Should this conversation have no outcome, we will start a procedure at the Huurcommissie. The Huurcommissie is an independent Dutch organization that deals with disputes between tenants and landlords. Since all correspondence with the Huurcommissie is in Dutch, we will take care of this part also. The Huurcommissie's ruling is binding.
