To kick-off the revival of my immigration law practice, I wrote an article for HuffPost that delves into the issues that LGBT families will face in this new post-DOMA age. This article contains some valuable information, so please feel free to share it.

In my work advising LGBT couples and families on the U.S. immigration process, I find that the procedures, in the best of times, can be complex and confusing for the average person. And some cases are particularly challenging, especially if there has been a history of immigration problems.
