𝘕𝘰𝘰𝘳𝘥𝘢𝘮 𝘈𝘥𝘷𝘰𝘤𝘢𝘵𝘦𝘯 organiseert in de maanden november en december twee 𝗪𝗦𝗡𝗣-𝗰𝘂𝗿𝘀𝘂𝘀𝘀𝗲𝗻 in Zwolle en Den Bosch. Met beide cursussen zijn 6 PE-punten te verdienen.

We beginnen met de 𝗰𝘂𝗿𝘀𝘂𝘀 𝗪𝗲𝘁 & 𝗝𝘂𝗿𝗶𝘀𝗽𝗿𝘂𝗱𝗲𝗻𝘁𝗶𝗲 𝗪𝘀𝗻𝗽-𝘁𝗿𝗮𝗷𝗲𝗰𝘁. Aan de hand van regelgeving en jurisprudentie doorloopt Arnoud Noordam het gehele Wsnp-traject. Aan de orde komen onder meer: het dwangakkoord en het moratorium, toelating tot de Wsnp, (tussentijdse) beëindiging van de regeling, boedelperikelen, het al dan niet toekennen van de schone lei en mogelijke wetswijzigingen.
