先週、Briddgeの事業開発部門ダイレクターである Bart Brinkman が、アジア有数のイノベーションおよび持続可能な都市の未来に焦点を当てた国際カンファレンス SusHi Tech Tokyo に参加しました。
特に印象的だったのは、テクノロジー、起業家精神、そしてコラボレーションが融合し、実社会で機能するソリューションを生み出していく点に強くフォーカスされていたことです。初期段階のアイデアからスケール可能なイノベーションまで、志を具体的な成果へと転換していこうとする明確な意志が感じられました。
Briddgeでは、こうした議論の場に関わっていくことを大切にしています。私たちは、革新的で国際展開を視野に入れた企業と連携し、国内マーケットの次のステージへと踏み出す取り組みを支援しています。
当社の Japan Desk を通じて、日本企業のイノベーションを実際のグローバル展開へとつなぎ、法務・税務・人事・雇用・ビザ申請サポート・グローバル給与計算までを網羅した包括的なアプローチにより、ヨーロッパでの新たな拠点設立および運営をサポートしています。
また、 Rotterdamrdam のようなイノベーション・エコシステムに身を置く中で、単に市場をつなぐだけでなく、エコシステム同士を結びつけることの重要性を日々実感しています。こうした取り組みと関わりこそが、アイデアの加速とそこからの新たな機会の創出につながる場所だと信じています。今後は CIC - Cambridge Innovation Center Japan との連携をさらに強化し、東京・大阪・福岡に広がるダイナミックなイノベーション拠点とヨーロッパを結ぶ架け橋をより確かなものにしていきたいと考えています。

Last week, our Business Development Director, Bart Brinkman, attended SusHi Tech Tokyo, one of Asia’s leading conferences focused on innovation and the future of sustainable cities.
What stood out was the strong focus on how technology, entrepreneurship, and collaboration come together to shape real-world solutions. From early-stage ideas to scalable innovations, there was a clear drive to turn ambition into tangible progress.
