🏢 Does the type of business structure matter? No, whether you establish a sole proprietorship or a private limited company (B.V.) does not affect the DAFT process. However, there are tax implications to consider.

🔮 Will the DAFT be abolished if US-Dutch relations worsen? While we cannot predict the future, it seems unlikely that the DAFT would be suddenly discontinued.
