Yesterday, a precious life departed this world, leaving behind memories that time can never erase.

We may weep today, but we hold on to the promise that those who die in the Lord are not forgotten.
May God comfort the family, strengthen every grieving heart, and grant her eternal rest in His presence.

Sleep peacefully, dear sister. Your journey is over, but your memory will live on. 🕊️🙏

FUNERAL SERVICE OF OUR FATHER, UNCLE, AND ELDER STATESMAN, LATE HON. (CHIEF) MANASSEH BAKO (Sarkin Yaki, Masaka)

The funeral service of our beloved father, uncle, and elder statesman, Late Hon. (Chief) Manasseh Bako (Sarkin Yaki, Masaka), was held on 6th August 2026.

The service was attended by Rev. D.D. Sakoma, Chairman of New Karu DCC, alongside other DCC executives; Rev. Danjuma Adamu, LCC Leader of Masaka LCC, together with other LCC executives; the resident pastors, Rev. Edward M. Tset and Rev. Bitrus Dangoni, as well as other ministers of God.

Among the prominent politicians who attended were Rt. Hon. Gaza Jonathan Gbefwi, Member representing K*K Federal Constituency; Rt. Hon. Dr. Emmanuel David Umbugadu, PDP Gubernatorial Candidate for the 2027 Election; Hon. Samuel Danjuma, Chairman of Kuje Area Council; Hon. Jonah Ali Dizaho (Member, NSA); Hon. David Ashayi Maiyaki; Hon. Akala Samuel; Hon. James B. Thomas, YPP State Chairman; Hon. Jonah Umaru; and many other political leaders.

Also present was the Royal Father, Esu Kodape, HRH Mr. Joseph Sabo.

May his gentle soul continue to rest in perfect peace. Amen. 🙏🏾😢
