The Finance Bill was an Executive Bill prepared by the Honourable Minister for Finance,
Budget and National Planning, which was approved by His Excellency, the President,
Muhammadu Buhari and presented together with the 2020 Budget proposals on 14 October
2019 to a joint sitting of the National Assembly.
