FRAGG-INVEST invites experienced consultants with a strong background in investment advisory, SME development, financial analysis, and business growth to express interest in an upcoming engagement.
Requirements:
🎓 A Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business, Accounting, Management, Development Studies or a related field. A Master’s degree or relevant professional qualification is an advantage.
💼 5+ years of relevant experience in investment advisory, transaction advisory, SME consulting, business development, investment sourcing, or financial services.
💰 Strong experience in financial analysis, credit assessment, risk evaluation, and investment screening.
🔎 Experience assessing business models, financial performance, growth potential, financing needs, and investment readiness.
🏦 Familiarity with DFIs, commercial banks, private equity, investment funds, or other financing institutions.
🌍 Strong knowledge of the Senegalese private sector and business environment, with experience working with local businesses or conducting market assignments in Senegal.
🗣️ Full French proficiency is required, alongside strong English communication skills. Knowledge of Wolof is an advantage.
🤝 Experience handling confidential business information and sensitive stakeholder engagements is also important.
