After practicing core litigation for over 10 years, I accidentally stumbled upon Mediation 4 years ago and it was almost like love at first sight.
It is no news that Litigation in Nigeria can be time-consuming, and most times, it does not help to restore relationships. On the other hand, Mediation provides your clients with a very timely, cost-effective and amicable way of resolving disputes.
I like to describe myself as a Business Man disguised as a Lawyer and when I got to know about Mediation, I saw it as an avenue to provide adequate and timely resolutions for my clients.
