At the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (RICS) Nigeria Group, gathering on Women in Construction and Real Estate, conversations went beyond surface-level talk.

It was about the realities of leadership, the doors being opened, and the work still ahead.

Chairman, Tayo Odunsi FRICS, set the tone with a welcome address that called attention to what truly moves the industry forward. Collaboration that works. Leadership that holds weight. Intentional growth.
