Update: Rev360 migration is ongoing.
Most existing TaxProMax accounts have now been moved to the new platform.
If your account has been migrated, you may receive an SMS notification on your registered phone number. Where no SMS is received, attempting to log into TaxProMax may display a migration notice.
Taxpayers can then proceed to the Rev360 Self-Service Portal to reset their password using their registered email address and gain access to the new platform.
This process currently applies to taxpayers with existing active TaxProMax accounts.
