• Nigerian citizens have the right to record and publish matters of public interest concerning the conduct of law enforcement agents performing their public duties in public spaces without being threatened or harassed.

• The act of police officers engaging in patrols, stop and search operations, or any public duty without wearing uniforms that visibly display their names & Force numbers is unconstitutional and illegal.

Tobenna Erojikwe, partner at The Law Crest LLP, was extremely delighted to attend the traditional marriage ceremony of Chisom Ugwoke and Onyekachi Asogwa.
Kachi joined TLC immediately after his call to Bar in 2013 and then did his NYSC at TLC subsequently and spent a number of years before setting out on his own. Whilst at TLC he was a member of the Energy, Finance and Major Projects team. Significantly he was the major driver of the Real Estate team. Kelechi (also in this picture) took over from Kachi at TLC. They both now run the law firm Lexsetters LLP.

The traditional wedding ceremony which took place in Umundu, Udenu LGA of Enugu State was very grand and well attended. I wish Chisom and Kachi a very happy married life.
