Ikeyi Sh*ttu & Co. is looking for a self-motivated and result-driven lawyer with 4 to 6 years cognate post-call experience in litigation, commercial transactions, and company secretarial services to join our team. The ideal candidate should possess excellent knowledge of company and commercial law and in addition any of taxation law, labour and employment law, energy law, maritime law, administrative law, law of secured transactions, privacy law, IT law, and engineering and construction law.

Job Type: Full-time

Academic/Professional Requirements:
- LL.B degree with a first-class or second-class upper degree
- Member of the Nigerian Bar Association

Responsibilities:
- General office administration.
- Preparation of management reports in graphs, tables, and charts.
- Provide HR support functions.
- Providing litigation support, including filing of processes in court and engagement with court staff.

Qualifications and skills:
Minimum of OND from a reputable polytechnic.
Minimum of 3 years’ working experience, preferably in a law firm.
Ability to use basic IT tools such as Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Microsoft Publisher.

We are seeking a highly skilled Experienced Associate with 3 to 5 years of experience to join our dynamic team.

The ideal candidate will possess extensive legal knowledge, exceptional analytical skills, and a proven ability to manage complex cases, engage in critical litigation issues with little or no guidance and provide strategic advice to clients.

Responsibilities:

- Manage and oversee complex legal cases from inception to resolution.
- Draft, review and negotiate legal documents and contracts.
- Mentor and supervise junior associates and support staff.
- Conduct thorough legal research and analysis.
- Collaborate with Partners on strategic initiatives.
