A word of caution though, my recent experience with this portal and a piece of real estate one of our partners are involved in reveals that though this is a good place to start your verification from especially if you cannot spare some financial commitments for a more elaborate verification, the portal lags behind in terms or cases that has been resolved.
Expert advice: if you search and found a piece of real estate you are interested in on the site, and the owners assure you they have won the case, all they have to give you is a verifiable copy of the Court Judgment and the suit number with which you can carry out further research
