Here’s what many don’t realize…

But let’s break it down:
Every real estate project involves 7 key market players:
1. Regulators (government agencies)
2. Real estate developers
3. Professionals (engineers, surveyors, etc.)
4. Property/service providers
5. The clients
6. The financial institutions
7. The brokers
Any of these players can make or mar the project.
Sometimes it’s:
• Vague or unstable policies
• Excessive loan terms
• Poor project supervision
• Client negligence or investor greed
• Even lack of clear communication among players.
So here’s the takeaway: we all have a role to play.
