Regrann from .ng - Arbitration is simply settling your dispute out of court, while Litigation is settling your dispute in a law court. There is this myth that arbitration is cheaper than litigation, but it is not as cheap as you think. On the contrary, it is highly expensive! The difference is that it saves time and most often than not preserves relationships.
However, other forms of alternative Dispute Resolutions such as mediation and negotiation are more cost effective, and still serve the same aim.
So, ensure you use mediation/negotiation in your agreements to save your pocket.π Stop dancing to this lie, be better informed. Tag a friend to stop dancing tooπππ *
