The birthday celebration, held on 11th August, 2023 at the Council Premise, was a joyous event dedicated to honoring and celebrating the birthdays of our esteemed colleagues and politicians. The event aimed to foster camaraderie, boost employee morale, and create a positive and engaging work environment.

**Event Highlights:**

1. **Decor and Ambiance:**
The venue was beautifully decorated to create a festive and cheerful atmosphere. The décor added a sense of excitement and anticipation for the celebration.

2. **Birthday Cake and Refreshments:**
Magnificent birthday cakes was the centerpiece of the event, symbolizing the unity of our staff. Alongside the cakes was variety of refreshments.

3. **Employee Recognition:*
Each employee celebrating their birthday in the months was recognized. They were warmly congratulated by senior management, and a heartfelt applause from their colleagues added to the celebratory atmosphere.

4. **Interactive Games and Activities:**
To engage employees and promote team bonding, several interactive games were organized. Staff enthusiastically participated in fun activities, fostering a sense of unity and collaboration.

5. **Prizes and Giveaways:**

The Employee Relations Section of the Local Government Service Commission visited the Council secretary on bi-annual courtesy visitation in respect to the compliance level of 57 Local Governments/Local Council Development Areas' management/authorities towards maintaining the walfarism and chummy working environments of the Local Governments for the entire Members of Staff, and also to intervene where necessary to create a more conducive and amicable workspace for the Staff of LGs/LCDAs.

Opinions and complains where made and feedbacks where given as we look forward to more productive years in coming time.

INAUGURATION!!!

With appreciation to God All-powerful, today houses the progress of power and change of baton in Lagos State Nigeria Union of Local Government Employees (Nulge) which was directed by the National President (Nulge) Comr. Ambali Akeem Olatunji from now previous Nulge State President Comr. Ajose Afolabi Semako and his Executives to Recently initiated Nulge State President Comr. Ogunfowora Sewanu Sunday and his Team. Where our own special child of this indigenous Local Government of Igbogbo/Baiyeku Local Council Development Area (LCDA) Comr. Ogunmuyiwa Kazeem was certified and sworn in as Nulge State Trustee, it was a stylized climate with gestures of recognition and appreciation from all quantity, to certification toward staff walfarism being principal.

Appreciation to one and all for the endurance and support toward complete for this accomplishment.
