On behalf of Destiny Child Orphanages and Homes, we give all glory to God for His love, mercy, and faithfulness upon us.

We sincerely appreciate the Nigerian Youth Service Corps for teaching us how to make soup —your kindness, time, and encouragement truly blessed us.

A big thank you to Kedi Healthcare for your tireless medical care, compassion, and continuous support for our children.

We also thank the National Open University for taking the time to teach us about personal hygiene and self-confidence — lessons that inspire our children to stay healthy, believe in themselves, and grow into responsible young leaders.

Happy 17 years marriage anniversary to me and my hero. The only hero I have. To God be the Glory!!!

Today, we gather not in sadness, but in strength. We are here to celebrate the birthday of an extraordinary woman—my mother. Though she is no longer with us in body, her spirit remains deeply rooted in our hearts, in our memories, and in the way we live our lives every single day.

My mother was more than just a parent. She was a compass, a warrior, a gentle hand, and a fierce protector. She taught me how to stand tall, even when the weight of the world tried to bring me to my knees. She showed me what unconditional love looks like—not through grand gestures, but through quiet sacrifices and unwavering presence.

Her life may have ended, but her influence never will.

Each time I face a challenge, I hear her voice in the back of my mind, telling me, “You are stronger than you think.” And she's right. We are stronger—because of her. Because of the values she instilled, the courage she modeled, and the love she gave without limits.

So today, as we honor her birthday, I choose to celebrate the gift of her life. I choose to carry her legacy forward. I choose to rise, just as she always did, even when life knocked her down. And I encourage each of you—whether you knew her personally or you're here in support—to take something from her story: her resilience, her kindness, her determination.

Let her life be a reminder that even in absence, there is presence. That even in death, there is life—through the impact we leave behind.

Happy birthday, Mom. Thank you for teaching me to be brave. Thank you for teaching me to love. Thank you for still being with me, even now.
