A lot of people buy land because the price is affordable or because they were told, “This place will soon develop.”
But here’s something every investor should start asking:
“What is going to drive development in this location?”
Not every land has the same prospects.
One thing I encourage investors to look out for is proximity to government institutions and infrastructure.
Why?
This is because government establishments can attract people, businesses, housing and other developments around them.
But don’t stop there. Still check the accessibility, title, existing development, future infrastructure and actual demand.
So this week, don't just ask:
“How much is this land?”
Ask:
“Why should this location become valuable?”
Because in real estate, the prospect of the location matters just as much as the land itself.
Buy with understanding not just excitement.
