Just to remind you that if your marriage is what it should be, your spouse is that one person you will return to, after you retire from your business or career.
As you take commendable steps in self development, business structuring and career growth, don’t forget to continuously invest in your marriage.
Daily I am confronted with spouses who are lonely, though married.
That is not the kind of spouse you want to return to, after all else.
It could be sickness, bankruptcy, retrenchment, incapacitation, retirement, etc (whether briefly or long term).
Whatever life may throw at you, the investment you make in your union, may be the only “pension” you may draw from, when push comes to shove.
So, as you go about your business this week, answer yourself sincerely: is your spouse truly thankful to be married to you?
