A man bought land inside a bush and many years a developer built 16 units of rental income generating properties and he got 8 units,today he is 97 years old and each unit is 15million naira per unit and 1.5mill service charge paid to the estate managers.

Every year a 97 years old man who can barely do much gets 120million Naira while his management gets 12 million to manage the place yearly.

Another 97 years old man with a farm be it poultry, fish,snail,etc .

He puts infrastructure and personelz that makes it impossible to steal from.

I do not know 90% of my investors, like I have never seen them.

Serious investors dont care about office meetings because real estate is something that requires due diligence.

They have a conversation with me,get a surveyor to get them a video if abroad or outside Abuja, they pay for legal search and ground rent (this allows for investigation).

If the legal search report is ok,they will meet with seller or mandat(but pay to sellers account) pay my fees to get all documents, perfect title and get documents waybilled to their location.

Alot of women have raised money from different locations without coming to Abuja, I'm talking about 2mill,5mill,10mill.

I have helped so many women especially stay at home moms raise business capital that they used to start business without them living their houses.

I have alot on my hands that I no longer do this but I will soon.

I pitched my idea and business plan to my husband, I concentrated on the value because my husband is someone that focuses on great value, if the value is not needed,no matter what you say to convince him he will never bulge.

If he sees the values, you will see him talking about permits and licenses that will keep you away from trouble.

I told you people how I went on to get ĂRCŐN LICENSE because I wanted to launch a magazine for my brand products and Services.

After I pitched it,he read the laws to me and told me to get the license,I did it after 2 years 😁,today I can do more than a magazine, I can legally do media buying, ads ,marketing, branding etc without fear for my business or any business atall, I can use my license and cover for any real estate developer that wants to launch marketing and branding in Large scale like bill boards etc.
