To prove that ground,you must show at least one of the following:
a.That the Respondent has willfully and persistently refused to consummate the marriage( make love).
b.That the Respondebt has committed adultery and the Petitioner cannot tolerate it.
C.That since the marriage,the Respondent has behaved in such a way that the Petitioner cannot be expected to live with him.
D.That the Respondent has deserted the petitioner for a period of at least one year immediately preceding the presentation of the petition.
E.That the parties to the marriage have lived apart for a continuous period of at least two years immediately preceding the presentation of the petition.
F.That the parties to the marriage have lived apart for a continuous period of ta least three years immediately preceding the presentation of the petition.
g.That the other party refused to obey court order to make love with his/her spouse one year after such an order was made.
h.That the other party has been absent for such a time or circumstances that will make the petitiner (spouse) assume he /she deãd.
