I can’t lie, I’m an avid workaholic. I’m terrible at taking a break. I genuinely enjoy working, getting things done and moving on to the next task. If you know me, you know my mind is always working. 😂

But I’ve realised that when you genuinely enjoy what you do, it doesn’t always feel like work. And that’s where I am right now. I’m enjoying all of it. The wins, the temporary losses, the lessons, the building, and the quiet preparation for the next big thing.

Something has to drive you.

For me, I think my passion is deeply connected to my purpose. And when you know there’s purpose behind what you’re building, the work hits differently.

What about you?

In a world of influencers and those looking to be influenced, perhaps we have lost the plot?

Social media likes don’t equate to value.

Learn that and pray it sticks.

You decide. Either you’re making excuses or you’re putting in the work. Selah!

Last night wasn’t simply about being one of the youngest awardees in the room, or even about having my work and impact recognised.

It was about celebrating Vivian Lam, a woman who has spent 10 years, an entire decade, building a platform that recognises influence, excellence and impact.

To share the evening with accomplished leaders, including the Honourable Minister of Women Affairs, the Comptroller-General of Customs, distinguished Senators and so many remarkable people made the night even more special.

Grateful for my recognition as Icon of Youth Empowerment of the Year, but even more inspired by what a decade of consistency can build.

Congratulations, Vivian, on 10 years of celebrating impact. 🤍

The future is rarely shaped by how well we respond to emergencies.

It is shaped by what we choose to prioritise before they exist.

The work that changes lives, strengthens institutions, and creates lasting impact is often quiet, deliberate, and unnoticed at first.

Don’t wait for urgency to validate what has always been important.

Do the work anyway.

Generation after generation, tradition repeated , legacy built.

Sitting front row at church was never my thing, but it was for my dad. Never missing a Sunday service, always kneeling and standing. Burying it all at the altar.

He didn’t tell me about finding God, he showed me what it meant to make HIM front and center.

Now, we both kneel at HIS altar.

If you knew how many times I’ve doubted myself along the way, you might find comfort in knowing that no one has everything figured out.

I’ve walked into rooms I wasn’t sure I belonged in. Taken meetings I wasn’t certain would lead anywhere. Started projects without knowing how they would end. Sometimes it worked. Sometimes it didn’t.

But every single time, I learnt something.

Because the truth is, I’d rather know what it feels like to try than spend my life wondering, “What if?”

You won’t always get it right. You won’t always have all the answers. But more often than not, risk is better than regret.

So as this new week begins, what’s the one risk you’re willing to take?

Let’s take it together. 🤍

What can I really say? Another year, another successful turn out.
graduated 21 beneficiaries last week.

A record breaking year for our beneficiaries.

5 beneficiaries graduated with a first class, with one beneficiary being the 3rd overall best student in the law school.

All I can say is Thank you God! Thank you for the opportunity, the covering and the grace. Thank you for it all.

As always, the best is yet to come! ✨
