NOTE : Management of Pazino ECC has approved the introduction of Provisional (optional) Survey as part of documentation.
This is a move to further encourage those who cannot accommodate the price(s) of registered surveys as a result of the increase in price.
With as low as Sixty Thousand Naira (N60,000) * you can get a *PROVISIONAL SURVEY Document prepared per plot upon subscription.
A provisional Survey carries the same information (co-ordinates, readings, beacon numbers, names and other necessary information) as contained in a registered survey but the difference is that a Provisional Survey is not registered in the Lands Registry of Lagos state while a registered survey can be traced to the Land registry of the state for more clarifications and approval.
NB: kindly note that this Provisional Survey is a temporary approach as every client is required to get their survey registered in the future as mandated by the LAGOS STATE LAND REGISTRY.
