Matrix Concepts officially signed a Memorandum of Collaboration (MOC) with the Board of Governors of SJK(T) Ladang Labu Bahagian 4 in support of the proposed relocation and development of a new school campus within the Malaysia Vision Valley (MVV) corridor.
More than just a new building, the future campus represents hope for growing communities and a better learning environment for generations of students to come. Phase One is expected to feature a four-storey academic block with 12 classrooms and supporting educational facilities.
The MOC was signed by Tan Sze Chee (Co-Chief Executive Officer, Property Development of Matrix Concepts) and Navajeevan A/L Ramasamy (Chairman of the Board of Governors of SJK (T) Ladang Labu Bahagian 4). The ceremony was witnessed by YB Tuan Arul Kumar A/L Jambunathan (Negeri Sembilan State EXCO and Chairman of the Local Government Development, Housing and Transport Action Committee), Dato’ Norazhar Musa (Chief Executive Officer of NS Corporation), Dato’ Gunasekaren A/L Palasamy (State Assemblyman for Seremban Jaya), and Dato’ Seri Lee Tian Hock (Founder & Group Executive Deputy Chairman of Matrix Concepts).
