About our founder :-

Priyaa Darsshini is the founder of the firm and was admitted to the Malaysian Bar as an Advocate and Solicitor of the High Court of Malaya in 2014.

Upon admission to the Malaysian Bar, she joined Messrs Rastam Singa & Co as an associate in the General Litigation and Conveyancing Department. She subsequently joined Messrs Manjit Singh Sachdev, Mohammad Radzi & Partners as a senior associate, heading the Conveyancing team. She built proficiency, empowered her legal skills and gained confidence in the field of Conveyancing.

She is skilled in drafting various types of Agreements including Corporate and Commercial Agreements. She mastered the art of conveyancing and is well versed with the rules and timely compliance of conveyancing practice. Various high profile conveyancing cases, transactions involving major companies and loan disbursement from various Banks were successfully completed.

Her well equipped knowledge, dedication and passion has led to many successful ventures.
