首相最新宣布关于房产的优惠措施

a) Kempen Pemilikan Rumah (HOC Campaign) 将从新实行，第一次买家如果屋价介于RM300,000 至RM 2.5 million, 转名文件 （mot /form 14A) 的印花税可以扣除至最高 RM 1 million 所征收的印花税，贷款合同印花税则全免；条件是买卖合同需在1 Jun 2020 至 31 Mei 2021 期间签署以及发展商需给至少10%回扣

b) 1 June 2020 至 31 Disember 2021 期间马来西亚公民卖房产可以免除产业税 （RPGT),但每人只限三件房产可以免除RPGT

c) 在HOC Campaign 期间，贷款购买第三件房产以及RM600,000 以上的贷款将不受限制70%的贷款顶限限制，但需依照各银行的风险管理。
