📌 1953年公共赌博法令第8条：在公共场所煽动、推广或协助赌博
任何人在任何公共道路、公共场所或公众聚集地点， 煽动、推广或故意协助赌博， 即属犯罪； 一经定罪， 可被判罚款不超过五千令吉， 或监禁不超过六个月， 或两者兼施。
Common Gaming House Act 1953
Section 8 Instigating, promoting, or facilitating gaming in public。
Any person who in any public road, place or resort instigates, promotes or intentionally facilitates gaming shall be guilty of an offence and shall on conviction be liable to a fine not exceeding five thousand ringgit or to imprisonment for a term not exceeding six months or to both.

禁止利用网络传播淫秽，不雅，冒犯，骚扰
不当内容。任何触犯本条文者， 一经定罪可被罚款不超过 RM50,000或监禁不超过 1 年或两者兼施。

Section 233《Communications and Multimedia Act 1998》
Any person..... who makes, creates or solicits; and initiates the transmission of,
any comment, request, suggestion or other communication which is obscene, indecent, false, menacing or offensive in character with intent to annoy, abuse, threaten or harass another person.
A person who commits an offence under this section shall, on conviction, be liable to a fine not exceeding fifty thousand ringgit or to imprisonment for a term not exceeding one year or to both and shall also be liable to a further fine of one thousand ringgit for every day during which the offence is continued after conviction.

真的完全都合法了吗？🎆 🎇 🧨

政府已批准能用于节日期间的45种烟花爆竹。根据《1957年爆炸物法》第3节第46项的海关禁止（进口）2023年，要求进口商根据《1957年爆炸物法》向警方申请许可证。

内政部有条件地批准了公司根据《1957年爆炸物法》和《1923年爆炸物物质法规》进口、存储和交易烟花爆竹。

需要注意的事项：
1）严禁在线销售烟花爆竹，根据《1957年爆炸物法》第8条款，违反者可被判最长七年监禁或罚款马币10,000令吉，或二者兼施。

2）根据《1955年轻微违规法》第13（1）条规定，凌晨12点至6点间制造过度噪音是一种违法行为。这《1955年轻微违规法令》第13条或《1957年爆炸物法令》第7条阐明了违反者最高可被判七年监禁或罚款马币10,000令吉，或二者兼施。

3）允许销售的烟花爆竹列表： 45种烟花爆竹中只有Pop-Pop、Happy Boom Glow of Sunset、Happy Boom Sunset Bar、Happy Boom Glories和Happy Boom Flower Silver Cracking Rain（20发）属于一般销售类别。

另外九种烟花爆竹列入有条件销售类别，只能由持有许可证的经销商交易，其中包括Happy Boom Red Cracker（八英寸）、Happy Boom Red Cracker（蛋糕）和Happy Boom Celebration Red Fire Cracker。

有条件销售清单上的其他物品包括Happy Boom Assorted Celebration Cake Repeater（一英寸49轮）、Happy Boom Assorted Celebration Cake Repeater（1.5英寸138发）、Happy Boom Shoot Cake（一英寸16发）、Happy Boom Shoot Cake（一英寸36发）和Happy Boom Rat 50（50枚导弹）。

The government has approved 45 types of firecrackers & fireworks for the festive season.
Customs Order (Prohibition of Import) 2023 Schedule 3 Item 46 requiring importers to obtain license from the Police under the Explosives Act 1957.

Home Ministry had conditionally granted approval for companies to import, store & trade firecrackers & fireworks under the Explosives Act 1957 & the Explosives Substances Regulations 1923.

Things to take note:
1) The online sale of fireworks is strictly prohibited and it is an offence under Section 8 of the Explosives Substance Act 1957, punishable by imprisonment of up to seven years or a fine of RM10,000, or both

2) Section 13(1) of the Minor Offences Act 1955 (MOA 1955) states it is an offence to make excessive noise between 12am and 6am. Section 13 of the Minor Offences Act 1955 or Section 7 of the Explosives Substance Act 1957 states the penalties of may up to 7 years imprisonment or a fine of RM10,000, or both.

4) lists of permissible firecrackers& fireworks:
45 firecrackers listed only Pop-Pop, Happy Boom Glow of Sunset, Happy Boom Sunset Bar, Happy Boom Glories and Happy Boom Flower Silver Cracking Rain (20 shots) are in the general sale category.

9 fireworks are listed in the conditional sales category and may only be traded by licenced dealers and these include Happy Boom Red Cracker (eight inches), Happy Boom Red Cracker (Cake) and Happy Boom Celebration Red Fire Cracker.

Others on the conditional sales list are Happy Boom Assorted Celebration Cake Repeater (one inch 49 rounds), Happy Boom Assorted Celebration Cake Repeater (1.5 inch 138 shots), Happy Boom Shoot Cake (one inch 16 shots), Happy Boom Shoot Cake (one inch 36 shots), and Happy Boom Rat 50 (50 missile).

A global movement is formed primarily to advocate citizens who support Palestine to boycott the big franchises or international brands that are in any way associated, tied or said to have funded the Israel military in terms of weaponry and other aids. In Malaysia, it is good that such movement is in line with the government stand. However, it is equally material for those influencers or anyone that promotes such movement to understand that such action will carry detrimental effect to Malaysia economy, particularly the interest of foreign investors to continue to invest in Malaysia.

RM is on the new low. The extent of our involvement in such movement will bring in proportional repercussions that will result in a huge hit to our economy system soon, aka we are resorting to a double-edged sword. By switching expenditure-alternatives, spending habits or aiming to support local-brands, we are not helping but sabotaging those who currently work in those chain-industries that are severely affected by this movement. The question is, how long shall we continue to jeopardize our economy for such movement? If we choose to always conveniently put our economy at the bottom of the priority which we are, then we shall not complain about inflation, price hike, unemployment, drop in currency, bad business, crime rate increases.

Life is getting difficult because we knowingly choose to become part of this equation.

If it is not about sentimental attachment, what about the local Muslims and your fellow non-Muslim friends who worked in those chain stores? If it isn't, where is your voice during Russia-Ukraine conflict? What is your humanitarian action for the Palestinian refugees in Malaysia? Know what you can do? Be their advocates, recognize them, provide them formal education. Also, to provide the same human treatment to other refugees regardless of their nationality. Lend your help to the one in need, not the one you preferred. Human rights are not exclusive or selective. Does Palestinian need your help? Yes, they do and you can still lend your helping hand nt in the expense of our economy & livelihood of our own citizens.

处理刑事案件久了会发现，有案底的人想改过自新其实是很艰辛的。曾经和事务律师好友交谈中对我说过：“那些人犯罪了你还要帮他们脱罪，帮他们减刑。”

我的想法很简单。人非圣贤，不是每个家庭都是完美的，不是每个家庭教育都是正面的，不是每个人都上过学，活在社会边缘挣扎的人多不胜数。上过学的朋友肯定接受过道德教育，可长大后的我们针对不同的境遇也会有道德标准的偏差。所以，生活环境因素是关键因素。

是什么让我们认为每个人都有完美的家庭？是什么让没学过法律的人判定自己的所作所为是合法呢？最后，社会对于被告/犯过罪的人投以异样眼光，就如我这位同行一样，要有案底的人融入回社会，找工作，谈何容易。可这就是残酷的现实。这异样的眼光何尝不是一种赤裸裸的社会霸凌？

很多被告，不停面对着社会的冷淡与拒绝，亲人朋友的否定与排斥。也许微不足道，可我希望我的存在能给被告们感受到一丝的人间温暖，希望的曙光，就算只是一丁点。

针对最近的GVF事件，太多新闻报道过度专注于 “男男激吻” 事情导致整个活动被大马通讯部喊停。事实上，乐队被请下台&活动被腰斩不单纯是同性激吻那么简单。还有更大的主因是：-
1. 过激与充满仇恨的政治言论
2. 违反了主办方与乐队签下的行为操守协议
3. 喝酒 + 破坏他人资产
4. 同性地位

太多华媒利用人性容易断章取义的心态来刻意放大激吻来挑起华文报读者对我国“走向保守”的反抗心理，以致很多人会认为是我国过于保守导致日后没有大咖明星会来的风向。

首先你要理解，我国宪法第三项已经阐明伊斯兰教是我国的官方宗教。先不谈国情，今天你在与主办方签下协议的时候，最起码你是知道两件事：(1) 人家邀请你是来做什么 （2） 你不可以做什么。然而，在表演时间上，你还特地说明了： “I made a mistake. When we were booking shows, I wasn’t looking into it,” “I did not see the point of inviting us to a country and then telling us who we can have s*x with”. 问题来了，既然早前乐队已经知道国家保守文化越过了你的信仰与原则底线，你当时还同意了，你当时还接演了？

再来是仇恨言论：“I’m sorry if that offends you and you’re religious and it’s part of your f-----g government but your government are a bunch of f-----g retards and I don’t care anymore - if you push I’m gonna push back.”
“I’ve done this before. I’ve gone to a country where it’s ridiculous, f-----g ridiculous to tell people what they can do with that and that,” he said.
前提是，谁拿枪逼(push) 你来唱呢？这指控对FSA来说直接可以控告你违约索取赔偿了。政府还能以1948年煽动法令或是国安法来找你喝上几天茶，只能说不是执法上慢了就是他们打包得太快了。另外，他们公然在舞台上喝酒再来砸坏和踩踏摄影飞行器也没什么被人提及。这不管是属于政府或是主办方的资产，他们都有法律追究的权益。

其实，我国在法律上是没明文律法说同性关系是违法。但在严格意义上，同性性关系是不合法的。刑事法典第377A条文中明定口交和肛交属违反自然性行为 （通过将阴茎插入另一人的肛门或口中而与另一人发生性关系的任何人都被称为违法自然性交），可在第377B条文下被判处以二至二十年徒刑和鞭刑。Section 377D条文将严重猥亵（私底下或公开场合）定为犯罪，并制定一部全面的反性暴力的法律，这几条都是对同性恋群体不友善的。可是你知道这些法律源自哪里吗？就是75乐队诞生国。

想想，早前Jocelyn Chia拿大马开玩笑就可以激起马国民间团结抵制并排挤她的情形，现在这乐队也是艺人却以3r课题攻击我国与藐视法律和破坏演出协议却得到了那么多网名的支持。都是踩踏我国，却激起了完全不一样的浪花。细品。

目前静待政府与主办方如何解决档口、商家、购票者的赔偿了。毕竟完全腰斩活动是通讯部下的令，总要有一项赔偿机制。活动直接腰斩不合理，不斩也不政治正确。好比之前的脱口秀场风波一样。

大家也不要太过认为此事会影响日后大咖明星来，因为该乐队在自己国家2014 年的NME Award拿过全球最差乐队奖。来临在台湾和印尼的演出也取消了，也得罪了活动取消后无法表演的艺人们。换言之，Taylor Swift还是有机会来的。
