3. Verify the identification and address of the maker of the document

4. Read over and explain the contents of documents, if required certified in the Jurat (Form 6).

5. Initial any alteration made in the document

6. Affix our seal to the document after the maker signs/ thumbprint the said bef

7. Refuse to service when there is beyond reasonable doubt the maker of the document engaging in deception, fraud, duress, or any other illegal conduct.

8. Provide prompt, reasonable and business-like manner service and operating regular and reasonable business hours. SERVICE CHARGES
