1) *Conveyancing Lawyer*
•Must be admitted to the Sabah Bar
•Handling conveyancing and loan documentations
•Trainings will be provided and candidates can expect great opportunities of learning & exposure
•.Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to build strong relationship with clients.
•Responsible, positive and open minded, self-motivated and multitasking;
•Knowing mandarin is an advantage
2) *Conveyancing Clerk*
• Working experience in a Legal Firm of at least 2 years with minimum supervision
• Proficient in both oral and written English and Bahasa Malaysia.
• The ability to speak in Mandarin is an added advantage
• Able to work independently and meet deadlines
