Semalam 31 Oktober 2022, En. Nazri Yahya dan En. Amirul Iman Dollah dari Nazri Yahya & Co. (NYCO) telah hadir sebagai Peguam Pemerhati mewakili mangsa Emilia Hanafi.

Perbicaraan ini melibatkan kes ahli perniagaan Datuk SM Faisal SM Nasimuddin yang didakwa menyebabkan kecederaan terhadap bekas isterinya Emilia Hanafi di Mahkamah Majistret telah ditangguhkan ke 25 November.

Peguam Datuk Jagjit Singh yang mewakili SM Faisal memberitahu mahkamah bahawa, peguam utama ahli perniagaan itu Datuk Akberdin Abdul Kader, tidak dapat hadir hari ini kerana mengalami masalah pernafasan selain turut mengemukakan sijil cuti sakit (MC) peguam berkenaan kepada mahkamah.

SM Faisal, 43, didakwa dengan sengaja menyebabkan kecederaan ke atas Emila, 43, yang ketika kejadian adalah isterinya di sebuah rumah di Desa Sri Hartamas, Brickfields di sini antara 12.30 tengah hari dan 4.30 petang pada 22 November 2015.

Pertuduhan mengikut Seksyen 323 Kanun Keseksaan dan boleh dihukum di bawah Seksyen 326A kanun sama, yang membawa hukuman penjara maksimum dua tahun atau denda sehingga RM2,000 atau kedua-duanya, jika sabit kesalahan.

The courtesy visit was to Embassy of the State of Qatar, Kuala Lumpur as part of NYCO's international engagement with the foreign embassies in Malaysia.

Our Partner, Mr. Amirul Iman bin Dollah along with Mr. Izzat Zabir Sariff from Zabir Imran & Partners was warmly welcomed by His Excellency Fahad Mohammed Kafoud, Ambassador of the State of Qatar to Malaysia 🇶🇦

Pada 11.4.2022, kami NYCOlitigation berjaya mendapatkan Geran Surat Kuasa Mentadbir dari Mahkamah Tinggi bagi klien kami.

Di Malaysia, jika seseorang yang meninggal dunia dan tanpa wasiat, waris boleh memohon surat kuasa mentadbir bagi menguruskan harta pusaka.

Geran Surat Kuasa Mentadbir akan membolehkan seorang waris dilantik sebagai pentadbir dalam proses membahagikan harta pusaka peninggalan si mati.

Permohonan Surat Kuasa Mentabir boleh dilakukan di Mahkamah Tinggi Sivil melalui peguamcara.

In Malaysia, there are only three institutions with the authority to grant LA, which are the High Court, AmanahRaya and the Small Estate Distribution Unit. AmanahRaya grants LA in the form of a Declaration or Order as governed by Public Trust Corporation Act 1995 (PTCA 1995).
