Assalamualaikum wbt Dan selamat pagi buat semua.

Sedikit perkongsian untuk kaedah pemasaran yang berjaya.

Adik , abang dan kakak kena faham perjuangan sebagai seorang ren.

Kita sentiasa berkhidmat untuk masyarakat di luar sana untuk membantu dalam proses penjualan dan pembelian hartanah.

Kadang-kadang kita boleh nampak sikap minoriti masyarakat yang masih tidak mahu menggunakan khidmat ren dalam proses penjualan dan pembelian hartanah.

Mereka masih tidak faham sebab apa ren sangat diperlukan dalam proses penjualan dan pembelian hartanah.

Jadi adalah tanggungjawab kita untuk memberi kesedaran kepada mereka di luar sana yang masih tidak faham tugas seorang ren.

Bayangkan jika pembeli membeli terus hartanah dengan penjual , siapa yang nak jadi pemegang amanah untuk "booking" dan "downpayment" yang di bayar dan apakah dokumen yang akan digunapakai sebagai bukti penjual dah terima booking dari pembeli ? Rumit bukan ?

Siapa yang nak bantu untuk bawa pembeli untuk "viewing" hartanah tersebut ? Kadang2 penjualan hartanah itu tidak semudah yang disangkakan , walaupun kita dah "filter" pembeli tapi masih tiada pembeli yang mutlak dan mungkin terpaksa menguruskan lebih banyak "viewing" sehingga bertemu pembeli mutlak.

Siapa yang nak menguruskan pinjaman pembeli sehingga lulus untuk mendapatkan pakej yang terbaik daripada bank bila pembeli bersetuju untuk membeli hartanah tersebut ? Kelulusan pinjaman p**a bergantung kepada portfolio pembeli dan bergantung kepada bank yang memberi pinjaman.

Pinjaman dah lulus , siapa p**a yang nak menguruskan untuk proses "legal" ? Sehingga pembeli dapat kunci dan penjual dapat duit hasil dari penjualan hartanah. Firma guaman juga seperti cendawan tumbuh , masing-masing berusaha untuk mendapat lantikan daripada pembeli tapi bagaimana p**a hasil kerja mereka ?

Kesimp**annya , kepada pihak penjual dan pembeli hartanah diluar sana , jika anda menggunakan khidmat ren pastinya segala urusan anda lebih mudah dan jauh dari segala unsur penipuan dan penganiayaan.

Ren akan bantu anda dari " a to z" -
1.mendapatkan lantikan bertulis dari penjual
2.membantu untuk mendapatkan pembeli dari kaedah pemasaran yang digunakan ( iklan , banner , padanan listing, sharing listing )
3. Menguruskan "viewing" bagi bakal pembeli.
4.Menguruskan pinjaman pembeli dengan panel bank.
5.Menguruskan khidmat guaman bagi pembeli dengan panel lawyer.
6.Memastikan segala proses berjalan dengan lancar sehingga pembeli dapat rumah dan penjual dapat duit hasil dari penjualan hartanah.

Sebagai seorang ren yang sedang berjuang teruskan memberi kesedaran kepada penjual dan pembeli tugasan seorang ren supaya mereka lebih faham .
