立遗嘱时，你不能不知道的5大事项‼️‼️

1. 立遗嘱人必须18岁或以上
2. 遗嘱必须是以书写 (in writing) 的方式
3. 立遗嘱时，必须要有2位见证人在场，而且见证人不能是收益人或收益人的配偶
4. 立遗嘱人必须本身签下遗嘱或他/她指定的人代替签(条件是必须在立遗嘱人在场的看管之下)
5. 立遗嘱时，立遗嘱人必须是清醒并且知道自己本身立遗嘱的意愿
