NEW PROCESS FOR APPOINTMENTS AT THE IMMIGRATION OFFICE
Since the online process to make appointments has not yet been restored, there is a new process to make appointments on the immigration office in Playa del Carmen & Cancun:
Immigration office is scheduling appointments in person, the foreigner must present himself at the Immigration office with a passport and Migratory document, FMM or temporary or permanent Resident Card, take the line for appointments and give your passport to the security guard and you will have to wait for them to call you so that an Immigration officer will schedule your appointment.

NUEVO PROCESO PARA CITAS EN LA OFICINA DE MIGRACIÓN
Dado que el proceso en línea para hacer citas aún no se ha restablecido, existe un nuevo proceso para hacer citas en la oficina de inmigración en Playa del Carmen y Cancún:
Migración está programando citas personalmente, el extranjero debe presentarse en la oficina de Migración con pasaporte y documento Migratorio, FMM o Tarjeta de Residente Temporal o Permanente, tomar la fila para citas y entregar su pasaporte al guardia de seguridad y tendrá que espere a que lo llamen para que un oficial de Inmigración programe su cita.
