El lunes 2 de marzo es una fecha de gran relevancia histórica para el Estado de México, pues se conmemora el Aniversario de la Fundación del Edomex, ocurrido en 1824.

Ese día se instaló la Legislatura Constituyente, lo que formalizó el nacimiento del estado como parte de la nueva República Federal.

¡202 años!

Aspectos clave de esta conmemoración:
Fundación oficial:

Aunque el decreto de creación se firmó el 4 de octubre de 1823, el 2 de marzo de 1824 se tomó como la fecha oficial al realizarse la primera sesión del Congreso local.

Contexto Histórico: Tras la consumación de la Independencia en 1821, el país definió su estructura, y el Estado de México surgió como uno de los pilares fundamentales, inicialmente con un territorio mucho mayor que incluía los actuales estados de Hidalgo, Morelos y Guerrero.

Legislatura Constituyente: La instalación de este órgano marcó el inicio formal de las instituciones, el gobierno autónomo y el ordenamiento jurídico de la entidad.

Significado: Es un día para destacar la identidad mexiquense, su riqueza cultural y su desarrollo a lo largo de 200 años de historia, celebrando la erección del estado como parte de la federación.

19o. Anniversary!

Today, February 2, 2026, I am deeply proud to share that Machain Law Firm is celebrating 19 years of legal services.

This story began on February 2, 2007, with a computer, a printer, and my car, but above all, with a firm conviction and very clear guiding principles:

“Honor, Loyalty, Justice, and Equity.”

These values ​​have consistently guided my professional and moral conduct throughout these 19 years.

I have had the honor of collaborating with distinguished jurists in various branches of law, and today we continue to work together with excellent lawyers in both Mexico and the United States.

Our first cases were handled in the State of Mexico and Mexico City (formerly the Federal District). Over time, we expanded our practice nationwide, and since 2024, we have collaborated with institutions based in the United States, supporting Mexican nationals residing there with legal matters in Mexico.

None of this would have been possible without the trust, support, and recommendations of our clients, friends, and family.

At Machain Law Firm, we thank you for the trust you placed in us during 2025.

This year, we achieved great success, from securing pensions for you through the IMSS and ISSEMYM, to handling civil, family, and commercial lawsuits, as well as various legal processes before different Civil Registries in Mexico City, the states of Hidalgo and Mexico, for our clients in Mexico and the United States. We also successfully obtained property deeds through INSUS and IMEVIS.

Last hearing of the year 2025 in San Lázaro.

After 4 hours and 30 minutes of the Confessional hearing in the Media Preparatory Commercial Executive Trial, 246 questions calified as legal by the C. Judge and the Secretary of the Federal Court, that is, all my questions were authorized.

My client’s are happy with the result.

Working in Mexico City!

In Mexico, we are very pleased because, while it is true that the process of requesting the Opinion to establish the daily wage corresponding to one of our clients traditionally takes 8 to 12 months.

Through our legal intervention, we were able to obtain this Opinion within two months, thus achieving our client's retirement pension with the daily wage she is legally entitled to.
