La IA se refiere a cualquier conducta humana que desarrolle una máquina o sistema, y se categoriza por su nivel de autosuficiencia, capacidad de aprendizaje y facilidad para resolver problemas. Aunque algunos países han propuesto leyes vanguardistas sobre la regulación de la IA, aún hay mucho por hacer en la materia. En México, se propuso la "Ley de Regulación Ética de la Inteligencia Artificial y la Robótica" que crearía un organismo autónomo para regular la IA. Sin embargo, se considera necesario un paquete de reformas para abordar diferentes problemas relacionados con la IA en las diversas ramas del derecho.

The Influence of Artificial Intelligence on Law and Its Regulation in 2023
AI refers to any human-like behavior developed by a machine or system and is categorized by its level of self-sufficiency, learning ability, and problem-solving ease. While some countries have proposed cutting-edge laws regarding AI regulation, there is still much work to be done in the field. In Mexico, the "Ethical Regulation of Artificial Intelligence and Robotics Act" has been proposed, which would establish an autonomous body to regulate AI. However, a package of reforms is considered necessary to address various issues related to AI in different branches of law.

Last October 20, an amendment to the General Law of Mercantile Corporations was published in the Official Gazette of the Federation, which grants full validity to the use of telematic means for the holding of Meetings of Partners or Shareholders, as well as of the Administrative and Board of Directors of mercantile corporations.

📝 The guide isn't legally binding, but it's full of suggestions to make sure influencer content aligns with advertising regulations. Here are some key takeaways:
