Divorce without expression of cause, is when it is presented unilaterally, that is to say that only one of the spouses can request the divorce without the consent of the other, just enough to notify him of said request.

Another characteristic of this modality is the absence of causes that motivate it, that is, that the divorce is filed without cause or uncaused, so it is not necessary to express any specific cause that justifies said request, or that it has to be proven in any of these cases, so that the judge of the family decrees the dissolution of the marriage as soon as possible.

Con la reforma al artículo 405 bis del Código Civil del Estado, el divorcio administrativo procede cuando ambos cónyuges convengan en divorciarse; se trate de mayores de edad; los cónyuges no tengan hijos vivos o concebidos dentro de matrimonio, o teniéndolos, sean mayores de edad, capaces y no requieran alimentos; hubieren liquidado la sociedad conyugal o legal; y tengan más de un año de casados.

Se presentarán personalmente al Oficial del Registro Civil del lugar de su domicilio, comprobarán con las copias certificadas respectivas que son casados, mayores de edad, que han liquidado su sociedad legal o conyugal si fuera el caso, la ingravidez de la cónyuge y manifestarán bajo protesta de decir verdad, que los hechos declarados son ciertos y de manera determinante y explícita su voluntad de divorciarse.

También pueden acudir a un centro Privado de Mediación autorizado por el IJA en donde se puede llevar el divorcio administrativo, si requieres información al respecto con mucho gusto podemos apoyarte.

El divorcio por mutuo acuerdo se da cuando la pareja está totalmente de acuerdo en disolver su vínculo matrimonial, siguiendo un proceso judicial sencillo para que esta separación sea legal.

Si ya se ha tomado la decisión de divorciarse, es necesario acudir con un abogado, el cual actuará en beneficio de los dos cónyuges, y realizará todo el trámite y el convenio que va a regular el divorcio.

De acuerdo a lo establecido en los fundamentos legales, este proceso siempre debe ser solicitado por ambos cónyuges o cada uno puede acudir con su propio abogado para llegar a un acuerdo, siempre y cuando esta solicitud contenga la firma de ambos. Con el convenio de divorcio lo que se pretende es que ambos cónyuges lleguen a un acuerdo que sea el más conveniente para ellos y para los hijos (si es que los hay), evitando problemas que puedan ser desgastantes.

Naturalization is the process by which a citizen of a foreign country acquires the citizenship of another, acquiring links that force you to legally remain in the country.

The naturalization process in Mexico is pending before the Ministry of Foreign Affairs. In Mexico there are the following ways to obtain Mexican nationality by naturalization:

Residence
🔸 Naturalization by direct descent Mexican
🔸 Naturalization by having Mexican children by birth;
🔸 Naturalization for having married a Mexican man or woman;
🔸 Naturalization for having done outstanding work in the field of culture, art, artistic, sports or business;
🔸 Naturalization letter to originate in a Latin American country or the Iberian Peninsula.

Did you know that foreigners in Mexico can acquire properties by trust fund, on beaches and border areas in a strip of 100 kilometers of the borders and 50 on the coast, provided that their use is for residential and non-commercial purposes?

Terms:

1. That the use of the land be destined for housing only and exclusively

2. That it does not have a commercial or, where appropriate, industrial or agricultural use, or any other that implies direct or indirect economic exploitation, that derives in a use other than the dwelling or house.

3. That the foreigner must agree with the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, in the terms of the first section of the ninth paragraph of constitutional article 27.

4. In the event that the lands are destined for a use other than that of housing, the law will establish the procedures for the foreigner to lose the assets acquired for the benefit of the nation.
