Same as in 2013, we co-authored a Mongolia chapter in Baker & McKenzie's 2014 Global Mining Guide which outlines the legal regimes that govern the exploration, holding and exploitation of minerals in 28 countries, including specific aspects affecting foreign investors and current legal issues. The Guide equips clients with the necessary tools and approach to have a strong legal and commercial understanding of each country's political, cultural and linguistic influences, which affect the ex*****on of their projects.
