၂၀၂၆ ခုနှစ်၊ မေလ ၂၈ ရက် (ကြာသပတေးနေ့) သည် မြန်မာတစ်နိုင်ငံလုံး အိဒ်အလ်အဒ်ဟာ (ကူးဗားနီးအိဒ်) အားလပ်ရက်ဖြစ်မယ်လို့ 📰 Global New Light of Myanmar သတင်းစာ (၂၃.၅.၂၀၂၆) မှာ ဖော်ပြထားပါတယ်။ 🌙🐏❤️

According to the Global New Light of Myanmar (GNLM) dated 23 May 2026, Thursday, 28 May 2026 will be a public holiday across Myanmar for Eid al-Adha (Qurbani Eid). 🌙🐏❤️

အားလုံးပဲ မင်္ဂလာပါရှင်။

ဒီတစ်ခါတော့ ဥပဒေစကားလုံး နှစ်လုံးအကြောင်း ပြောပြပေးချင်ပါတယ်။ တစ်ချို့ကတော့ ကြားဖူးကြမှာပါ – "စွဲတင်" နဲ့ "စွဲချက်"။

တော်တော်များများက တူတယ်ထင်ကြတယ်။ ဒါပေမယ့် မတူဘူးနော်။

“စွဲတင်” ဆိုတာ အမှုတစ်ခုကို ရဲစခန်း ဒါမှမဟုတ် တရားရုံးကို သွားပြီး တရားဝင်တိုင်ကြားတဲ့ လုပ်ရပ် ပါ။ English လို့ကတော့ file a case or prosecute လုပ်တာကို ဆိုလိုတာပါနော်။ ဥပမာ - (သူများဥစ္စာခိုးတယ်ဆိုပြီး အမှုစစ်က စစ်ဆေးပြီး ဥပဒေအကြံဉာဏ်ရယူပြီး ဥပဒေအရာရှိက တရားစွဲဆိုဖို့ တရားရုံးသို့ အမှုစွဲ တင်ပို့ လိုက်တယ်ကိုဆိုလိုတာပါ။)

“စွဲချက်” ဆိုတာ စွဲတင်လိုက်တဲ့ အမှုမှာ သံသယရှိသူဟာ ဘယ်လို ပြစ်မှုကျူးလွန်တယ်လို့ စွပ်စွဲထားတာလဲဆိုတဲ့ အကြောင်းအရာ ဒါမှမဟုတ် ပြစ်မှုအမည်ကို ဆိုလိုတာပါ။ English လို့ကတော့ Charges သို့မဟုတ် allegations လို့သုံးနှုန်းပါတယ်နော်။ဥပမာ – (သူ့ကို ခိုးမှုနဲ့ စွဲချက် တင်ထားတယ်။)

အတိုချုပ်ပြောရရင် –
📌 စွဲချက် က ဘာအပြစ်လဲဆိုတဲ့ အကြောင်းအရာ

စွဲချက်မရှိဘဲ စွဲတင်လို့မရဘူးနော်။ ဒါကြောင့် တစ်ခါတလေ သတင်းတွေမှာ "စွဲချက်မဆိုင်ဘဲ လွှတ်ပေး" ဆိုတာမျိုးကြားရရင် နားလည်းသွားမှာပါ။

ဥပဒေဗဟုသုတလေးတွေကို ဒီလိုမျိုး ရိုးရိုးရှင်းရှင်းလေးတွေ ဆက်ပြောပြပေးသွားမယ်နော်။ သိချင်တာရှိရင် comment မှာ ပြောခဲ့လို့ရပါတယ်။ အကျိုးရှိမယ်ထင်ရင် share လုပ်ပေးခဲ့ကြနော်။

လုပ်ငန်းရှင်များနှင့် ကုမ္ပဏီများအတွက် အရေးကြီးသော Update တစ်ခုအဖြစ် DICA (Directorate of Investment and Company Administration) မှ ကုမ္ပဏီအမည် စိစစ်မှုနှင့်ပတ်သက်သော လမ်းညွှန်ချက်အသစ်ကို ထုတ်ပြန်လိုက်ပါသည်။

Transparency နှင့် Efficiency ပိုမိုကောင်းမွန်စေရန် Registrar မှ အောက်ပါအမည်များအား ငြင်းပယ်နိုင်ကြောင်း ဖော်ပြထားပါသည် —

(ဥပမာ – Ocean Construction vs Ocean Trading)

▪️ Government / International Organization နှင့် ဆက်နွယ်သကဲ့သို့ ထင်မြင်စေနိုင်သော စကားလုံးများ အသုံးပြုခြင်း
(ဥပမာ – Central Bank, Ministry, UN, WHO, ASEAN)

▪️ ယဉ်ကျေးမှု၊ ဘာသာရေး၊ လူမျိုးရေးအရ အငြင်းပွားဖွယ် ဖြစ်နိုင်သော အမည်များ

✅ ထို့အပြင် မှတ်ပုံတင်ပြီးသား Company Name များကိုလည်း ဥပဒေ သို့မဟုတ် လမ်းညွှန်ချက်များနှင့် မကိုက်ညီပါက Registrar မှ ပြောင်းလဲရန် ညွှန်ကြားနိုင်ပါသည်။

📌 Company Registration မပြုလုပ်မီ Company Name ကို သေချာစွာ စိစစ်ရွေးချယ်ရန် အထူးအရေးကြီးပါသည်။

📌 DICA Issues New Guidelines on Company Name Approval
(18 May 2026)

The Directorate of Investment and Company Administration (DICA) has issued updated guidance concerning company name approval under the Myanmar Companies Law (2017).

The new directive aims to improve transparency and efficiency in the company registration process. According to the guidance, the Registrar may reject company names that:

▪️ Are identical or confusingly similar to existing registered companies
(e.g. KML vs K-M-L)

▪️ Simply add terms such as “Group”, “Holding”, “International”, “Myanmar”, or “Family” to an existing name

▪️ Have similar pronunciation or only minor spelling differences
(e.g. Ayeyarwady vs Irrawaddy)

▪️ Use the same brand name despite different business activities
(e.g. Ocean Construction vs Ocean Trading)

▪️ Suggest affiliation with government bodies or international organizations without approval
(e.g. Central Bank, Ministry, UN, WHO, ASEAN)

▪️ May be considered culturally, religiously, or racially sensitive

✅ Importantly, DICA may also require already-registered companies to change their names if they are found to be inconsistent with the law or official guidance.

Business owners and entrepreneurs are encouraged to carefully assess proposed company names before submission.
