Foreigners staying in hotels and apartments; What are the differences or requirements for foreigners renting a house。
If you stay in Myanmar past the date of your pass expiry date, you will have overstayed. As an overstayer in Myanmar, you must make the new application 2 weeks before or within 14 days of the expiry date of your previous grant of leave. As an overstayer, you may still be able to make an application for leave to remain or settle fine for overstaying, subject to following conditions:
The one who overstay on their current visa, they will require to do updating and extension of authorised stay in country or they will be automatically charged fees for overstaying in county, Myanmar.
* The penalties for overstaying in Myanmar *
The fine for overstaying is at USD 3 dollars per day and that rate of fees can be paid only until 90 days
If go beyond 90 days, you will be changed as USD 5 dollars per day

မြန်နိုင်ငံအတွင်း ဝင်ရောက်နေထိုင်၍ အလုပ်လုပ်ကိုင်ကြသော နိုင်ငံခြားသားများသည် မိမိ၏ဗီဇာသက်တမ်း မကုန်ဆုံးခင် (၂)ပါတ်မတိုင်ခင်မှာ ကြိုတင်၍ သက်တမ်းတိုးခြင်းများကို ပြုလုပ်ဆောင်ရွက်ပါသည်။
အကယ်၍ နေထိုင်ခွင့်သက်တမ်း ရက်ကျော်လွန်သွားပါက Over stay ဒဏ်ကြေးဆောင်ခြင်း နှင့် Over stay ဗီဇာသက်တမ်းတိုးခြင်းများကို ပြုလုပ်ဆောင်ရွက်မည်ဖြစ်ပါသည်။
- နိုင်ငံခြားသားသည် ဟိုတယ်တွင် တည်းခို၍ မိမိရဲ့ဗီဇာ သက်တမ်းကုန်ဆုံးသွားပြီး ရက်ကျော်လွန်သွားပါက ဗီဇာသက်တမ်းမတိုးဘဲ နေထိုင်၍ မြန်မာပြည်မှ ထွက်ခွာသွားသည့်အခါ Over stay ဒဏ်ကြေး ပေးဆောင်ပြီး ထွက်ခွာသွားလို့ အဆင်ပြေတယ်ဆိုပေမယ့်
- မြို့နယ်ရပ်ကွက်များ **နေအိမ်တိုက်ခန်း**တွင် ငှားရမ်းနေထိုင်သည့် နိုင်ငံခြားသားများ အတွက်တော့ Form C ပြုလုပ်ခြင်း နှင့် ဗီဇာ သက်တမ်းရက်ကုန် ဆုံးသွားပြီး ရက်ကျော်လွန်သွားပါက Over stay ဒဏ်ကြေးဆောင်ခြင်းများကို မဖြစ်မနေ ပြုလုပ်ဆောင်ရွက်ရမည်ဖြစ်ပါသည်။
**ဒဏ်ကြေးပေးဆောင်ရမည့်နှုန်းထားများ**
Overstay ဒဏ်ကြေးများသည် -
- တစ်ရက်လျှင် USD 3 dollars ပေးဆောင်ရပြီး ရက်90 အထိသာ ထိုနှုန်းထားဖြင့်ပေးဆောင်နိုင်ပါသည်။
- ရက် 90နောက်ပိုင်း ရက်များကို တစ်ရက်လျှင် USD5 dollars ဖြင့်ပေးဆောင်ရမည်။
လူကြီးမင်းတို့၏ အသိမိတ်ဆွေနိုင်ငံခြားသားများကို ဗီဇာသက်တမ်းတိုးခြင်းပြုလုပ်မည်ဆိုပါက ကျွန်မတို့ Immigration Services ကို ဆက်သွယ်နိုင်ပါတယ်။
