أصدرت محكمة فيدرالية أمريكية حكماً يقضي بإلغاء السياسة التي أدت إلى تعليق إصدار تأشيرات الهجرة (Immigrant Visas) لمواطني 75 دولة، من بينها 🇲🇦 المغرب.

⚖️ واعتبرت المحكمة أن السياسة تتجاوز الصلاحيات القانونية لوزارة الخارجية الأمريكية.

📌 ماذا يعني ذلك؟
يعني أن قرار تعليق تأشيرات الهجرة لمواطني الدول الـ75 لم يعد قائماً من الناحية القانونية، لكن التنفيذ العملي للحكم قد يتطلب صدور تعليمات رسمية من وزارة الخارجية إلى السفارات والقنصليات الأمريكية.
