As Nimba Kwado convention comes closer May 14th,2026, in Sanniquellie team Patience N Bahn received endorsement from Bassa Co youth chair of Nimba kwado.

"We are resolved and now have a side in the upcoming Nimba Kwado special elections.

As a daughter of electoral district #9 and long serving young co-chair of Nimba kwado Bassa chapter, these are reasonable and reliable reasons for which we chose to follow the path we follow.

Doing the 2023 general elections we saw the institution we love so dearly was handled over to a political party by the then president who wants power today.

After the elections, the institution was turned over to another man who we thought could deliver it, but again ,just the same old wine in a new bottle.

They collected money in the institution name and used it for they and their families.
Collected money from common citizens and members in the name of certificate and membership forms, but up to today, not a single person has received said documents.

Nimba kwado is resolved to change those pockets leaders. Those men have been in the constant hobbies of using the institution name for self benefits for too long, and we are tired.

Haven't said that, I winifred if Yah Peters openly declared my support for the only female presidential candidate among the pockets men.

This is my constitutional right as a citizen of Liberia and Nimba County. "

The Nimba Kwado Special Convention is scheduled for May 14,2026 in Sanniquellie. During yesterday’s program, Team Patience N. Bahn was officially certificated to contest in the upcoming National Convention of Nimba Kwado.

Speaking at the event, Madam Patience N. Bahn, the only female presidential candidate, called on all members of Nimba Kwado from the 15 counties to support and vote for her team for the betterment of the institution. According to her, Team Patience is prepared to take the organization to the next level through unity, development, and inclusive leadership.
She also cautioned supporters and stakeholders to conduct themselves peacefully throughout the convention process. Madam Patience N. Bahn emphasized that Kwado remains the mother organization of the people of Nimba; therefore, the process must be carried out with peace, stability, and mutual respect among all members.
