During a recent BBC interview, JZyNo was asked about some of the challenges he is facing in his musical career.

JZyNO said one of the biggest challenges is the pressure of Liberia depending on him to produce global songs.

But according to him, he doesn’t allow that pressure to stress him because, if the whole of Africa can’t consistently produce 10 hit songs globally in a year, why should a small country like Liberia expect one artist to carry that responsibility alone?

And honestly, that statement opens up a BIG debate.

Is JZyNO underestimating Liberia’s music industry?

Or is he simply saying that, at the moment, the international spotlight is heavily depending on him?

And here’s the bigger question:

Before JZyNO started making global noise, was Liberian music really not recognized outside the country?

Because Liberia has had artists before JZyNO who pushed the culture beyond its borders and helped build the foundation.

So the debate is not whether JZyNO has achieved something significant — he clearly has.

The question is: Is JZyNO carrying Liberia’s music internationally, or is Liberia putting too much responsibility on one artist?

Nikey 20 has officially announced another upcoming project, revealing that he will be featured by Spracz on a new song titled “Friend.” With Nikey20’s recent run of releases getting plenty of attention, fans are already waiting to hear what this collaboration will sound like.

Meanwhile, Steezy 247 Cry on entertainment bloggers, especially Mark the Blogger. Steezy is asking bloggers to leave her relationship alone, it is something suffered to get,

Ay! It looks like Steezy is ready to take things very seriously with Mark the Blogger.

Steezy reportedly fired back at Mark, saying:

Mark the blogger if you don’t take my name out of your nonsense, you and myself will end up somewhere.”

Now the big question is: What exactly pushed Steezy this far?

Mark has reportedly been blogging about Steezy’s past relationship with Forkpa and the story surrounding how that relationship ended before she moved on and started dating her Australian boyfriend.

But Steezy clearly doesn't seem interested in having her past relationship dragged back into the public conversation.

At this point, this is no longer just blogger vs celebrity drama — Steezy 247 is basically telling Mark, “Leave my name out of your content!”

That line Forkpa dropped — “My artist who I give page, God give you man” — might have more sauce behind it than we initially thought.

According to a close source, Steezy and Extremebeatz, Aka Forkpa, were reportedly more than just artist and manager. The two were allegedly in a serious relationship while Forkpa was also handling her career.

But according to the source, things started getting shaky when Steezy began chatting with Prince Taye from Australia. She allegedly started going far from Forkpa, and boom — relationship and management business both reportedly went left.

Now here comes the interesting part.

The source claims that after the relationship and management arrangement ended, Forkpa held on to some of Steezy’s unreleased projects and reportedly wanted payment for his services before releasing them.

So when Forkpa said “God give you man”, was that just a caption… or was the man throwing a whole indirect with receipts hidden in the cupboard?

One question has been making rounds in the music industry: Why do so many artist-manager relationships involving women seem to last longer than those involving male managers?

From Liberia to the international scene, several successful artists have women playing major roles in their management teams. Fans have even noticed that the understanding and close working relationship between some artists and their female managers can sometimes become deeper than business.

Artists like Brickson, Nikey20, Jzyno, Wizkid and others have had women involved in their management or career teams while making significant moves in their careers.

Meanwhile, some male manager-artist partnerships appear to struggle to survive beyond 2–3 years before both sides go their separate ways.

Is it because female managers have a different approach to communication, patience and understanding? Or are we simply noticing the successful examples more?

Female managers are cooking… while some male managers are still trying to find the recipe.

What’s your take? Do female managers actually make better long-term partners for artists, or is this just a coincidence?
