We are proud to announce the successful completion of a state-of-the-art electrical manufacturing facility for Polycrome Electrical Industries (Pvt.) Ltd. at the Matugama Industrial Estate.
Designed for efficiency and future growth, the facility features a well-planned internal layout that ensures smooth workflow, optimized material handling, and seamless integration with existing factory buildings—enhancing overall operational connectivity.
The development also includes internal road networks and comprehensive landscaping, contributing to both functionality and the surrounding environment.
Constructed on partially marshy land, the project involved specialized ground improvement executed under a design-and-build approach, ensuring long-term structural stability. The structure comprises a reinforced concrete slab system with masonry wall construction, engineered for durability and industrial performance.
Successfully delivered as a design-and-build project in collaboration with multiple stakeholders, ensuring efficiency, innovation, and quality at every stage.
